In world competition could produce products according to customer needs, customer is the final part of production, it is necessary to have solid approach for securing, planning and control of materials and production and also transferring information in order to achieve more portion in competition of market in addition to customer absorption could attract their satisfaction, in this direction enterprise resources planning (E.R.P) and Supply chain management (S.C.M) discuses and arrive to production system, when E.R.P system arrived to organization before S.C.M has many advantages. E.R.P and S.C.M show important of managers to informational technology and investment that in this research study about necessity of E.R.P and its effects on S.C.M merits in Indian companies. Using of effective solution related to information and using successful management made an important bed for survival of big commercial organization.

Today's market are bright and customers need are in the form of recommendation and all of these development effect on company supply chain so the manner of improving efficiency of company is so important in supply management section.

It is pointed out that when commercial environment changes, securing chain made in to main ability simultaneously other phenomenon is generated from commercial, and it means that organization source planning arrived to industry. Selecting Enterprise Resources Planning is because of competition pressure for the sake of customers need or because of substituting old systems. When enterprise Resources Planning systems search completely in an organization it is expected that it has many advantages. In the manner that organization accepts change despite of expensive and dangerous installation.

In today’s increasingly global and turbulent markets, companies need to adjust quickly to new conditions. The ability to flexibly adjust the business processes, operations and information flow along the extended supply chains therefore becomes vital for a company’s survival and success. On the other hand, the burden of resource, process and information management has grown heavier. Most modern companies, especially large and mid-size ones, have complex organisational structures, with many resources to be controlled and many processes to be managed. And they also have to deal with both external partners in a global supply chain and huge amounts of data and information that must be available 24/7.
