A study of the influence of promotions at Caplin Point Laboratories

Rs. 2,000.00

Introduction:
Each of the organizations has different organization culture. In some organizations, promotions are based on seniority, while others are based on performance. Both of them have their own advantages in many ways. However, I believe that promotions are subject to performance that is better.

In some organizations, promotions are based on seniority because the senior persons have a comprehensive knowledge, and they are well equipped with a working experience in their organization. In addition, they are familiar with working style of an organization. Thus, they are capable of handling in the future job by using their previous experience. On the other hand, if the junior person get promoted in the higher position than the senior person, it is difficult to handle. It is due to the senior persons may not listen their supervisor‘s advice.

Promotions are subject to performance which is beneficial in many reasons. It likes a reward for a strenuous worker. They will have an inspiration to do a job in the future. Performances indicate that person do a good job. Thus, it leads to a competition in the organization to get promoted in the higher position. Everyone will determined to do the best job so that they can get a distinguish performance, which has a great influence on the organization.

I prefer that promotions depend on performance. I believe that persons who work hard and have a remarkable performance should get promoted in the higher position. Promotion poses a challenge to colleague to do their job. I am a person who gets a higher promotion from the performance. I worked very hard and made a painstaking effort to manage with my job. When I get promoted, I was proud of my performance. I have a motivation to do the future job.

All in all, I think that the better you give the better you get .Promotions are based on performance not only has benefits for a strenuous worker but also they make the organization will grow.
